What are the checked-in luggage weight restrictions from the UK to Brazil via Madrid? - luggage weight

I've heard that the weight restrictions have recently changed, but they all seem to me different answers. The international airline said that the two elements, max. 23 kg per person. The airline connects from Gatwick to Madrid told me that this is only a part of 20kg per person. Travel and my agent told me that it is a piece of 23 kg per person. Who knows what is going on baggage allowance? Thanks in advance!
